Enhance your Commencement with CenterStage
Using The Grad Team’s proprietary CenterStage software, we personalize your ceremony to each of your graduates by displaying their name as they cross the stage.
Displaying the graduates name not only makes the moment of recognition for graduates feel more special and memorable, it also allows their family and guests “see” their name instead of only hearing it.
This helps attendees feel more connected to the event and make it easier for everyone to put faces to names.
CenterStage also offers customizable display solutions that can include, slides, auto name calling or both.
CenterStage pairs well with your live feed of the ceremony, allowing those who are seated farther away to fully experience the event along with your virtual and ADA guests. For those with hearing loss, CenterStage allows them to feel included in the festivities they otherwise would miss with only having an audio name calling.

Public Relations (PR) Images
As a client of The Grad Team, if you have special requests for PR images at an upcoming ceremony, please let us know. Our photographers will capture PR images of speakers, dignitaries, award recipients, honorary doctorates and other special moments during the ceremony by default. We will be happy to honor any additional requests you may have. Individual PR images from your ceremony can be downloaded through your private school portal. These images are typically available within a week after your event.
